When people hear Disney, they often think it’s all about the kids. But that is definitely not the case with Disney Cruise Line. Disney ships have the perfect combination of adult-only spaces, impeccable guest service, gourmet food, and a little Disney magic! On my recent cruise, here are some of the highlights the Disney Wish had to offer for just the grown-ups!

​Spa and Salon Services
The Untangled Salon pays tribute to the movie Tangled with the soft shades of purple and gold with a mix of flowers everywhere. The salon offers haircuts, styling, manicures, pedicures, teeth whitening, and skin treatments.

Hooks Barbery offers traditional cuts, shaves, and nail and skin care. But the highlight is the hidden bar that serves bourbon, vintage whisky, aged rum, and premium spirits.

Senses Spa offers all the traditional services such as facials, massages, etc. But it also has a nature-inspired oasis with an indoor space featuring heated loungers, an aromatherapy steam room, a dry sauna, a pool, and even an ice room! The outdoor area is a private oasis with heated spas, and comfortable lounging areas in both shade and the sun.

​Quiet Cove
Located on deck 13 aft, you’ll find an adult-only infinity pool, bar, and poolside lounge. Cove café is also located here. This is the place to go for gourmet coffee and bakery items.

Lounges and Bars
When you’re looking for a place to grab a drink, listen to live music, or visit to another planet, the Disney Wish has you covered! Keg & Compass lounge was inspired by an 1800s Norwegian sailor’s map room, Nightingale’s offers unique drinks and live piano music, and The Bayou is a New Orleans-inspired lounge themed to The Princess and the Frog. You’ll definitely want to make sure to get a reservation for Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge! ​

​Dining
Disney offers interactive and immersive dining experiences for the entire family that are incredible. But there are also two restaurants onboard that are just for adults. Past Disney Cruise Line guests know and love Palo which has found a home on the Disney Wish. There is also a new adult restaurant called Enchante, with a Beauty and the Beast theme. This restaurant offers brunch, dinner, and dessert experiences.

​Serenity Bay
This one is not exclusive to the Disney Wish, but still worth mentioning. Serenity Bay is an adult-only beach located on Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay. It features a calm beach, hammocks, a beach bar, and a separate BBQ menu.

There’s so much to do on the Disney Wish for adults and the whole family. The tricky part is trying to fit it all in!
