What’s the Cost? Currently, the cost of a private VIP Tour ranges between $450 to $900 per hour, with a 7 continuous hour minimum. Rates vary based on time of year, so busier days will be a higher price. There is a maximum of 10 guests per tour, including infants. How Does it Work?Before your tour, we’ll work together to create a loose plan of your perfect day. Then, we’ll share your must-do attractions, favorite characters, as well as any special requests. The VIP Guide will then craft an itinerary that fits your interests and maximizes your time.On the day of your tour, your VIP Guide will meet you at your hotel or a theme park-your choice. They’ll be with you throughout the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that you have a magical experience.Whether you’re an early riser or prefer to start your day a bit later, your VIP Tour can begin when it’s most convenient for you, as long as it’s 7 hours prior to park closing.With a Park Hopper ticket you can visit multiple parks in one day-hitting all the headliners! Your VIP Tour’s private transportation gives you the flexibility to hop between Walt Disney World’s four parks, fast! During this travel time, you’ll gain exclusive access to backstage areas of the parks. |
How Do You Book a VIP Tour?A VIP Tour can be booked 60 days in advance of your Disney hotel check in date. If your preferred date is not available, we can ask to put you on a wait list. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, but will not be charged until the day prior to the tour. At that time, the card on file will be charged for the initial 7 hour tour. You can extend a tour if you wish. Any time beyond 7 hours will be charged to the card on file the day after the tour. NOTE: If using multiple forms of payment (credit cards/gift cards) let me know ahead of time, as up to 3 payment methods are allowed. . |
Tipa and Best Practices to Maximize Yoir TimeThe VIP Tour clock starts ticking down as soon as your guide greets you, so meeting at a park will help save some time. They will advise a meeting spot at your desired location and will be dressed in plaid. Guides are commonly and informally referred to as “Plaids”.It’s not advisable to book a sit down meal during your VIP Tour as the clock keeps running while you dine. If you want a sit down meal, reservations will be required, so let me know in advance.Some popular attractions (ie: Tron, Guardians of the Galaxy) can only be experienced once during a VIP Tour, while others are available to enjoy multiple times. Ask your VIP Tour Guide which attractions have limitations on the day of your tour.If you wish to end at a fireworks viewing spot, your tour needs to end at least 15 minutes before the start of the show |
Important InformationAll adults on the tour need to show PHOTO ID when checking in.Any changes to your itinerary must be made prior to 3pm the day before the tour. Cancellation without penalty is allowed up to 3 days in advance. After that, the penalty for canceling is equivalent to the price of 2 hours at the booked rate.Gratuities are customary and while at your discretion, Plan Disney recommends 10-20% of the tour cost, paid to the guide after the tour is complete via cash, gift card or Venmo.VIP Tours require valid theme park admission, which is NOT INCLUDED in the tour price. Remember if you want to visit multiple parks, everyone on the tour needs a Park Hopper ticket.Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. |
