EPCOT’s International Festival of the Arts is full of talented artists, incredible food, and some of the cutest Festival merchandise you’ll ever find. You don’t have to know the difference between Monet and Manet to enjoy what I think is THE most underrated Festival that Epcot offers all year! This year’s Festival of the Arts spans from January 12th to February 19th. . Here are some of the highlights:

The Artistry

Hear lively musical performances and witness incredible displays of strength, grace, acrobatics, and agility. daily throughout the World Showcase Plaza. Then head over to the American Pavilion and enjoy the Disney on Broadway concert series. Watch dozens of artists paint beautiful scenes and Disney characters and see chalk artists at work, taking inspiration for all the art around them.

The Food

Treat your senses to delectable bites and sips—made with a creative twist, like fried mozzarella served on a palette of sauces or a Figment’s Inspired blueberry-filled pastry tart with purple icing. There are 16 unique food kiosks to explore, featuring art-inspired cuisine. Plus, discover limited-time menu items at select dining locations around EPCOT.

Family Fun

There’s lots of fun activities for the entire family at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts. There are artistic backdrops where you can strike a pose for a great photo. You can learn how to draw a Disney character, led by an animator. Or leave your creative mark on a larger-than-life mural by visiting the Expression Section booth to pick up paint, a brush, and your assigned number. Then, paint a few squares of our massive mural that correspond with your paint color. Kids can create their own chalk art masterpiece. There’s even a fun scavenger hunt around the World Showcase!

Shopping

Make sure to stop by festival kiosks throughout World Showcase to find the perfect piece of art to take home. You can browse through a variety of collections that feature vibrant designs, unique takes on popular Disney scenes and characters, plus so much more. You may even discover your new favorite artist! Plus, there is tons of great Festival of the Arts logo merchandise, featuring this star of the event, Figment. From spirit jerseys to lunch bags, tumblers, and décor.

If you’re heading to this year’s event, make sure to get your Festival Passport at the park entrance and store locations throughout the park to get all the food booth menus and schedule of shows and activities. You won't want to miss a thing.
